What Will You Do?

As a Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including planning and executing creative and targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through social media, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Work closely with department heads to understand role requirements and support hiring decisions.
  • Build relationships with candidates and maintain regular follow-up throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize and maintain up-to-date candidate data in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

As an Operations Manager :

  • Lead all aspects of office operations at the IL site- leading facilities and vendor management, overseeing supplies, refreshments, and workplace standards, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience in the office every day.
  • Coordination and organization of employee welfare activities such as Happy Hour, Holiday Toast, etc
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintenance.
  • Manage and optimize workplace budgets and processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals
  • Handle employees' travel arrangements
  • Support executive leadership

What Will You Need?

  • At least 2+ years of experience in global high-tech recruitment.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in office management, employee experience, or workplace operations, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for technical roles.
  • Deep understanding of the Israeli tech talent market trends
  • Proficient sourcing skills
  • Strong operational and organizational skills- able to multitask, prioritize, and execute with precision
  • Support budgeting and track expenses related to office operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Professional-level English and proficient Hebrew (both oral and written).
