What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing search campaigns across Google and Bing. You will work closely with data and CRO to maximise the ROI of the campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running Google searched campaigns - MUST
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
  • Experience in the investing industry is a strong advantage
  • Detail-oriented, "can do" attitude, and passionate about growth in a fast paced environment
  • A highly collaborative, team-oriented individual that is comfortable with new situations and highly iterative projects
  • Fluent/native English speaker - excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing KPI targets, considering audience, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Execution: Oversee end-to-end management of campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Budget: Manage and optimize budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve results in line with ROI expectations
  • Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance KPI's, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge Base: Stay abreast of updates and changes in platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social, etc.) and implement best practices to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, CRO and design, to ensure integrated and cohesive digital marketing strategies.
  • Testing: Implement and manage a practice of testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for CAC efficiency and driving paid acquisition ARR targets.
