System Engineering Infrastructure Engineer

ELTA Software is looking for a System Engineering Infrastructure Engineer for a broad and challenging cross-organizational role supporting system engineering methodology and infrastructure.

The position includes:


• Responsibility for implementing, establishing, integrating, and supporting system engineering tools, methodologies, and infrastructure


• Managing engineering requirements and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes across the organization


• Working with approximately 1,000 engineers from various disciplines


• Engaging in a diverse and dynamic role that requires familiarity with multiple engineering environments


• Involving self-learning, understanding of requirements management tools, toolchain interfaces within ALM processes, and professional knowledge of engineering tools

What we're looking for:


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering – required


• At least 3 years of experience in development and requirements management for multidisciplinary systems – required


• At least 3 years of experience in system engineering or integration of multidisciplinary systems – required


• Experience with requirements management tools such as Team Center (RM), JAMA, DOORS, Dimensions RM, or Polarion – required


• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Quality Center) – an advantage


• Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., JIRA) – an advantage


• Knowledge of MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) methodologies and tools – an advantage


• Understanding of software development processes – an advantage


• Experience in implementing software infrastructure tools – an advantage


• Experience in writing scripts – an advantage


• Good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
