Entry-Level Helpdesk Technician

What You'll Do

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
• Manage user accounts in
  Active Directory
  (create, update, lock/unlock accounts).
• Assign licenses and manage services in
  Microsoft 365
  (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Install and configure organizational software.
• Handle basic printer, peripheral, and network issues.
• Document all actions in the ticketing system.

What We're Looking For

• Basic knowledge of
  Windows 10/11
  .
• Familiarity with
  Microsoft 365
  and
  Active Directory
  .
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
• Good English communication skills (technical level).

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in technical support within an organization.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Basic knowledge of IT security principles.
• MCSA certification or relevant coursework is a strong advantage.
