אנו מחפשים איש Help desk מנוסה לתפקיד מגוון ודינמי הכולל אחריות כוללת על תחזוקה, שדרוג, וניהול מערכות ה-IT בארגון. התפקיד דורש הבנה רחבה בעולם הרשתות, שרתים, ציוד קצה, אבטחת מידע ותמיכה טכנית למשתמשים בסביבה מרובת משתמשים ואתרים.

דרישות:

ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתפקיד דומה - חובה

שליטה מלאה ב-Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VMware - חובה

ניסיון בניהול רשתות תקשורת, פרוטוקולים וציוד תקשורת - חובה

ניסיון מוכח בתמיכה טכנית למשתמשים, כולל remote support - חובה

היכרות עם מערכות גיבוי, אנטי-וירוס, Firewall, מערכות ניהול נכסים

תודעת שירות גבוהה, יכולת עבודה עצמאית ויחסי אנוש מעולים

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (כתיבה ודיבור) יתרון

יתרון ל:

הסמכות מקצועיות בתחום: MCSA, CCNA, CompTIA או דומות

ניסיון בסביבות ייצור / ארגונים מבוזרים גאוגרפית

ידע ב-Scripting (PowerShell / Bash) יתרון
