Knowledge Management Specialist.

you will play a key role in structuring organizational knowledge, supporting product evolution, and improving user experience across our platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's knowledge infrastructure
, influence product development, and become the go-to expert for content, functionality, and system behavior.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage all organizational and product knowledge across digital systems.
  • Collect, organize, and document technical and functional knowledge for all company platforms.
  • Write clear and structured guides, How-To documents, and FAQs for internal and external users.
  • Update documentation on an ongoing basis for every sprint: new developments, changes, and releases.
  • Build knowledge architecture, categories, and taxonomy for all platforms.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and propose solutions such as new guides, training materials, onboarding content, or video tutorials.
  • Lead training sessions and onboarding programs for content editors, product managers, and additional teams.
  • Provide functional and UX-related support to improve platform usage.
  • Lead and execute UAT processes before feature rollout

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in Knowledge Management, Technical Writing, Product Documentation, or a similar role in a tech environment-
    Must
  • Strong ability to
    translate knowledge
    into clear, structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences-
    Must
  • Excellent technical writing skills
    in Hebrew and English-Must
  • Hands-on experience with documentation and knowledge tools such as
    Confluence, Notion, or SharePoint
    -
    Must
  • Understanding of Web system structure, development processes (Agile), and basic UX principles.
  • Experience collaborating with R&D, QA, Product, Architecture, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering system training, workshops, or onboarding sessions.
  • Strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration, and ability to multitask.

  • Experience working with
    CMS platforms
    and managing complex content sites
  • Basic understanding of Web technologies (HTML/CSS, API, DB)
  • Experience building onboarding plans for internal teams or new users
