BARZILAI Exhibition Experts
, an international design studio specializing in exhibition booths, is seeking a
highly experienced Production Manager
to lead complex global projects – a role requiring full ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and resilience under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of exhibition booth production, from planning to flawless execution.
  • Close collaboration with internal teams: Studio, Account Managers, Sales, and Management.
  • Negotiating with local and international suppliers, managing budgets, and driving cost efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules (Gantt) with strong focus on meeting tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Managing contractors and suppliers across all project phases – pre-production, production, and on-site.
  • Quality control, technical drawing validation, and ensuring compliance with organizer regulations and safety standards.
  • Working closely with design and drafting teams to guarantee precision, attention to detail, and alignment with client briefs.
  • Frequent international travel (6–10 times per year) as part of the role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the exhibition industry – must.
  • High stress resilience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong quality assurance skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, production methods, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong experience managing suppliers, contractors, and budgets.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and creative problem solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with new technologies in the exhibition industry and solid understanding of safety and compliance standards.
  • Based in Israel with daily access to Be'er Yaakov.

Full-time position at our offices in Talmei Menashe (Be'er Yaakov).
