Role Overview

The Business Data Analyst will own and organize Spines internal data, build clear KPIs and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Working within the R&D team and with supporting departments, this role requires a highly analytical and independent professional who can turn complex data into clear business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop end-to-end analytical infrastructure using BigQuery and Looker.
  • Define, build, and maintain company-wide KPI's and performance dashboards.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Build and standardize internal dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across the organization.
  • Monitor business performance, identify anomalies, and surface improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely within the R&D team and with supporting departments.
  • Operate as the sole data function and own the full analytical lifecycle.
  • Drive a data-driven culture and promote analytical best practices.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst in a growing product/Saas company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
  • Mandatory experience with Looker.
  • Proven ability to build dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks from scratch.
  • Experience working with large-scale DWH environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as a standalone function.
  • Experience presenting insights and partnering with senior leadership.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
