BizDom – Playtika's Centralized Business Insights Unit
BizDom, Playtika's hub for company-wide business insights, is looking for a
Cross Business Analyst
to join our team.

We're after someone who's research-driven, proactive critical thinker, confident in proposing new KPIs, unafraid to speak their mind to executives, collaborative but independent, and ready to tackle any analytical challenge.

What You'll Do

• Drive Cross-Studio Comparisons
  – While each studio has its own analytics team, you'll be the one comparing performance between studios in order to provide insight. You'll highlight strengths, identify improvement areas, and introduce fresh metrics for churn, loyalty, funnel drop-offs, and beyond. Challenging existing measurements is part of the job.
• Analyze Macro Game Economy Trends
  – Compare game economies across Playtika's portfolio to uncover patterns and macro-level trends that the business should act on.
• Be the Go-To Analyst for Management & Cross-Functional Teams
  – Handle and answer key business questions from Playtika's Management and cross-functional departments such as BizDev, Legal, Finance, and more.
• Act as BizDom's In-House Analyst
  – Partner with all BizDom teams, ensuring their insights, reports, and recommendations align with studio performance and core business metrics.
• Join Studio Task Forces
  – Participate in cross-studio initiatives, providing a Playtika-wide perspective and sharing best practices across teams.
• Deliver Periodic Business Updates
  – Prepare and present regular performance updates for Playtika's leadership and other stakeholders.
• Drive insights proactively
  – At BizDom, we're never satisfied with "how it's always been done." You'll be expected to proactively propose new approaches, processes, and ideas to keep us — and Playtika — insightful.

Requirements

• Experience
  – 3+ years experience as a Buisness Analyst
• Technical Skills
  – Strong SQL (including querying large, complex datasets), advanced Excel, and solid experience with Tableau and Vertica.
• Analytical Orientation
  – High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Attention to Detail
  – High accuracy in analysis and reporting.
• Communication Skills
  – Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
• Passion & Curiosity
  – A deep interest in understanding player behavior in social gaming and the flexibility to thrive amid ambiguity.
