Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator

About the Role:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator to
take ownership of end-to-end recruitment
processes while supporting HR initiatives and organizational culture.

This role includes managing recruitment pipelines through Comeet, partnering with hiring managers, and leading analytical reporting to optimize and improve our HR and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, CV screening, phone and in-person interviews, and offer stages.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build job descriptions, and align on hiring needs.
  • Maintain and optimize candidate pipelines using Comeet.
  • Generate and analyze recruiting metrics: hiring ratios, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and retention data.
  • Support HR and welfare activities including employee engagement, team events, and company gatherings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and professional communication across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment - preferably from financial services, FinTech, or service-based companies.
  • Hands-on experience with Comeet (Must).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive energy, team player, and "get things done" attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Business Administration.
  • Experience with HR analytics, data reporting, and process improvement.
  • Passion for HR, people, and organizational culture.

HR Manager

Location: Central Israel (Full-time position with flexibility to work from home)
