We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and storytelling-savvy Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to join our growing team at In this role, you'll take the lead in attracting top talent and supporting the broader employee experience across the company. From sourcing and hiring to onboarding, engagement, and HR operations - you'll play a key role in shaping how our people function as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and business positions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Source and engage top global talent using innovative and strategic sourcing techniques.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Lead employer branding efforts - create content, campaigns, and stories that reflect our unique culture and values.
  • Initiate and execute hiring plans to meet business needs and support company growth.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize processes, build scalable recruitment strategies, and contribute to broader HR initiatives as the company grows.
  • Manage the onboarding processes and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes and assist in developing frameworks for growth and development.
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with our culture and values.
  • Be a go-to person for employee inquiries, helping to create a supportive and positive workplace environment.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Strong track record in full-cycle recruiting for both tech and business positions, including global hiring (especially in the US).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Native or near-native English speaker with a knack for storytelling and writing.
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for recruitment.
  • A keen interest in AI, innovation, and building high-performing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, constantly evolving startup environment and take full ownership of projects.
  • Previous exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, engagement, or performance reviews is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Martech, AdTech, or creative industries is a plus.
