About the role

We're looking for a
Head of Talent Acquisition
to lead our recruiting team and play a key role in scaling Guardio. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be part of shaping the strategy, manage execution, and ensure we're attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in a highly competitive market.

You'll be a trusted partner to our leadership team, helping us build the teams that will power our next stage of growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead, coach, and grow our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Contribute to building and executing a recruitment strategy that aligns with Guardio's business goals.
  • Drive top-of-funnel activities: create initiatives to attract talent, strengthen Guardio's employer brand and continuously improve sourcing channels and outreach.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for selected roles, alongside your team — because we believe in hands-on leadership.
  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, improve processes, and measure success.
  • Develop scalable sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Continuously improve candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Guardio's culture and values.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced startups (B2C/B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Strong experience managing and scaling recruiting teams.
  • Data-driven mindset—you're comfortable working with metrics and analytics.
  • Track record of building hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and excited to be part of a growing company.
