· שליטה גבוהה במחשבים מבוססי Office בסביבתwindows 11 – חובה.

· ידע כללי בחומרת מערכות pc, כולל התקנת חומרה ותוכנה –חובה.

· טכנאי/ת מחשבים בעל/ת הסמכה מאחד ממסלולי מיקרוסופט – יתרון.

· יכולת מתן שרות איכותי ומהיר תחת לחץ וריבוי משימות.

· תודעת שירות גבוהה מאוד.

· ייצוגיות ויכולת וורבלית רהוטה.

· יכולת למידה מהירה, חשיבה יצירתית ופתרון בעיות.

· גישה נמרצת ופרואקטיביות.
