We are hiring a Help Desk Administrator.
The Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for addressing a wide range of technical IT issues globally, with high-level permissions to the organization's platforms, including Office 365, and other related systems.
- Leading tech solution to end users in all aspects (Windows 10/11, operating systems, antivirus, VPN, printers, security systems, etc)
- Provide day-to-day support and response to service incidents
- Diagnose and resolve IT technical issues involving internet connectivity
- Provide support for the entire organization (Locally and remotely)
- A high level of satisfaction with IT help requests from users
- Technical skills with the SharePoint platform
Required education and experience
- 1-2 years of business/ military experience as a PC-Technician/Help-Desk (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams)
- Deep knowledge of Win10/11 system
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew is required

- Multi-tasking capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical Orientation, ability to learn quickly and independently
