Help Desk Engineer
to join our dynamic team and deliver top-tier technical support to our diverse clientele. If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Description:

  • Provide
    first-line technical support
    to clients via tickets, email, remote sessions, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve
    hardware, software, and network issues
    across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
  • Support cloud platforms, especially
    Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and security tools
    .
  • Assist with
    user account management
    , including setup, access permissions, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to
    escalate and resolve complex technical issues
    efficiently.
  • Manage and maintain IT equipment inventory, including
    end-user devices and systems
    .
  • Deliver
    critical support
    during off-hours when required to meet SLA commitments

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in customer-facing environments.
  • Strong
    customer service orientation
    with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team in a
    fast-paced, service-oriented environment
    .

Hands-on experience with:

  • Microsoft 365 & Azure
    administration
  • Ticketing systems
    like Jira/Atera or similar platforms
  • Device management tools
    such as Intune or
    other (for macOS)
  • Network troubleshooting
    (VPN, DNS, firewalls, etc.)
  • Proficiency in supporting
    Windows, macOS, and Linux
    systems.
