Help Desk Engineer
to join our dynamic team and deliver top-tier technical support to our diverse clientele. If you're passionate about technology, problem-solving, and providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Description:
- Provide
first-line technical support
to clients via tickets, email, remote sessions, and on-site visits. - Diagnose and resolve
hardware, software, and network issues
across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. - Support cloud platforms, especially
Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and security tools
. - Assist with
user account management
, including setup, access permissions, onboarding, and offboarding. - Collaborate with internal teams to
escalate and resolve complex technical issues
efficiently. - Manage and maintain IT equipment inventory, including
end-user devices and systems
. - Deliver
critical support
during off-hours when required to meet SLA commitments
Qualifications:
- 3+ years
of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in customer-facing environments. - Strong
customer service orientation
with excellent communication skills. - Proven ability to work independently and within a team in a
fast-paced, service-oriented environment
.
Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 & Azure
administration - Ticketing systems
like Jira/Atera or similar platforms - Device management tools
such as Intune or
other (for macOS) - Network troubleshooting
(VPN, DNS, firewalls, etc.) - Proficiency in supporting
Windows, macOS, and Linux
systems.
