We are looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist for an exciting opportunity in our Pharma division
This is a full time position from Netanya and Kfar Sava
Responsibilities

  • PC and network asset management
  • Local inventory management
  • ServiceNow ticket management (Incident & Request)
  • Printers support (mapping, printer queue…)
  • Hardware troubleshooting: PC problem-solving, hard drives, RAM, CPUs and power, video, printing
  • Imaging and configuration
  • Conference- Meeting room – operation and basic troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Technical support experience in medium/large organization
  • PC Support- Install and configure PC hardware and components
  • Active Directory / Identity management
  • Network- Basic network experience
  • Network cabins alignment, Rack and stacking
  • Very high level of Hebrew and English- speaking and writing
