aChord, Social Psychology for Social Change, is a unique academic–social organization that develops and applies cutting-edge knowledge in social psychology to promote equality, tolerance, and mutual respect among diverse groups in Israel and between Israeli society and its neighbors.

About the Role

The Development and Learning Team supports aChord's work across multiple sectors (employment, education, public, business, and civil society) by integrating psycho-social methodologies into learning materials, training, and theoretical and applied models.

We're looking for a
social psychologist
with strong facilitation, training, and applied research skills to join our team and help shape learning processes grounded in social psychology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and training sessions for aChord staff, drawing from intergroup relations research.
• Develop and implement an annual internal training plan.
• Create innovative and engaging learning methodologies.
• Contribute to organizational infrastructure and manage knowledge systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Psychology -
  required
  .
• Proven experience in developing and facilitating training -
  required
  .
• Deep understanding of intergroup relations and motivation to translate theory into practice.
• Familiarity with AI tools - an advantage.

Preferred Qualities

• Curiosity, initiative, and creative thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong academic writing skills.

אודות התפקיד

צוות הפיתוח והלמידה תומך בעבודת אקורד מול מגוון מגזרים – תעסוקה, חינוך, ציבורי, עסקי וחברה אזרחית – באמצעות שילוב מתודולוגיות פסיכו־חברתיות בתוצרי למידה, הכשרות ומודלים תאורטיים ויישומיים.

אנו מחפשים פסיכולוג/ית חברתי/ת בעל/ת כישורי הנחיה, פיתוח והכשרה, שיצטרף/שתצטרף אלינו ויסייע/תסייע בעיצוב תהליכי למידה המבוססים על פסיכולוגיה חברתית.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

• הנחיית סדנאות והכשרות לצוות אקורד, בהתבסס על עולמות הפסיכולוגיה החברתית של יחסים בין־קבוצתיים.

• פיתוח ויישום של תכנית הכשרות שנתית לצוות המרכז.

• פיתוח מתודולוגיות למידה חדשניות ויצירתיות.

• מעורבות בפיתוח תשתיות ארגוניות וניהול מאגרי הידע של הארגון.

דרישות התפקיד:

• תואר שני בפסיכולוגיה חברתית – חובה.

• ניסיון מוכח בפיתוח והנחיה של הכשרות ותוצרי הדרכה – חובה.

• הבנה מעמיקה בפסיכולוגיה חברתית של יחסים בין קבוצות ורצון לתרגם את התיאוריה לעבודה יישומית.

• ידע בשימוש בכלי בינה מלאכותית (AI) – יתרון.

כישורים ותכונות נדרשים:

• סקרנות, יוזמה ויכולת הובלת תהליכים באופן עצמאי.

• חשיבה יצירתית וחדשנית.

• יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות.

• עמידה מול קהל, כישורי הנחיה והנגשת ידע מורכב לקהלים מגוונים.

• כתיבה אקדמית ברמה גבוהה.
