We're looking for an experienced,

curious, motivated, fast-learner, creative

Marketing Director

to join our team.

You will join a lean and ambitious organization,

overseeing all marketing activities from developing plans and strategies all the way to successful execution. 

R
esponsibilities include the following
:

• Plan, write and edit different types of content, ensuring a consistent, compelling narrative, style, and brand voice, in alignment with the company's brand strategy and core messaging.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all assets and platforms.
• Deliver effective and impactful content on a multitude of projects including blog posts, research reports, white papers, social media posts, email and digital campaigns, case studies, video scripts, thought leadership bylines, and more.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Proactively identify content gaps and liaise with key stakeholders in the company to fill those gaps.
• Continually refine and improve campaigns, based on feedback and analytics.
• Work closely with the sales team to build a proper marketing and sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the product team to create the best-in-class product marketing collateral.
• Drive sales enablement, including creating training materials, story-based demo scripts, competitor/use case battle cards, etc.
• Connect with our customers to work on word-of-mouth marketing, product reviews, case studies, awards, etc.

Requirements

• English in full professional mastery,
  with outstanding verbal and written communication skills – a must.
• 3+ years of marketing experience at a
  B2B

or
B2B2C

technology company with a focus on digital marketing & content creation
- A true marketer – a real understanding of the B2B marketing world.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- An eye for detail and an ear for nuance.
- Positive, and energetic, with a strong can-do attitude and the ability to pivot as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong copywriting skills
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to work on initiating campaigns aligned with company strategy and goals
- Independent, fast learner who is able to prioritize well while working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable experience with developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (PPC, SEO, Social, Email)
- Ability to multitask and manage external contractors and many moving parts
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- Experience in the analytics industry (product/marketing analytics, AI, BI, etc.) - a big advantage

Just a heads up: Our office is located in Hofit. We work in a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
