We're seeking a creative and strategic senior Marketing Manager to join our innovative team and lead impactful marketing plans for some of the world's top brands. If you excel in a fast-paced setting and are a leader at heart, we'd love to have you on board

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Direct supervision of the marketing team:
    Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management:
    creating marketing strategies and GTM plans.
  • Marketing operations:
    Planning and executing campaigns (digital campaigns, social media activities, productions, events, conventions, etc.), budget management.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    Tracking performance metrics, managing execution reporting on outcomes vs. goals to optimize ongoing execution and track ROI.
  • Working with multiple interfaces

Experience

  • 5+ years' experience
    as a marketing manager.
  • Team leadership:
    Proven experience in inspiring and motivating a team, fostering a positive work environment, time management, and delegation.
  • Background in the high-tech /SAAS / B2B Companies
  • Digital Marketing:
    Experience in the digital & social media worlds – creating GTM plans, and working closely with digital & social media teams, familiarity with various digital marketing strategies and online platforms
  • Bilingual:
    Fluent in Hebrew and English.
  • Proactive:
    A self-starter who takes initiative and aims to make a significant impact, independent, fast learner, and enthusiastic.
  • Tech Enthusiast:
    Passionate about technology and innovation.
