דוראל אורבן – חברה יזמית בתחום האנרגיה המתחדשת, בבעלות קבוצת דוראל, הפניקס ואמפא – ממשיכה להתרחב ומזמינה אותך להצטרף לצוות כמנהל/ת כספים.

מטרת התפקיד:

להוביל, לנהל ולפתח את הפעילות הפיננסית של דוראל אורבן – אחריות על הדוחות הכספיים, תזרים המזומנים, מימון פרויקטים, ניהול סיכונים והובלת תהליכים פיננסיים – בממשק ובשיתוף פעולה מול יחידות המטה הרלוונטיות. התפקיד משלב בין תפעול יומיומי hands-on של המערך הפיננסי לבין בניית תשתיות וצמיחה ארוכת טווח, ומהווה פונקציה פיננסית יחידה בחברה.

תחומי אחריות

  • אחריות כוללת על כלל הפעילות הפיננסית של החברה.
  • ניהול ופיקוח על הנהלת חשבונות ובקרה על רישומים חשבונאיים.
  • בקרה תקציבית ותזרימית.
  • ניהול דוחות כספיים פנימיים (חודשיים, רבעוניים ושנתיים), ודוחות פרויקטליים.
  • ניהול הממשק מול מטה הכספים של דוראל, לרבות בהליכי מימון, דיווחים פיננסיים וכיו"ב.
  • בניית מודלים פיננסיים לצורך קבלת החלטות אסטרטגיות.
  • ליווי ובקרה על תהליכי ניהול סיכונים פיננסיים.
  • עמידה בדרישות רגולציה פיננסית ודיווחים לרשויות ולבעלים.
  • שותפות פעילה בהגדרת האסטרטגיה העסקית והפיננסית של החברה לטווח קצר וארוך, כולל תמיכה בהחלטות הנהלה והשקעות.
  • הכנת חומרים לפגישות דירקטוריון ומשקיעים.

דרישות התפקיד

  • תואר ראשון בראיית חשבון/ כלכלה – חובה (תואר שני – יתרון).
  • רו"ח מוסמך – חובה.
  • ניסיון מצטבר של לפחות 4 שנים בניהול פיננסי – חשבות ו-FP&A - חובה.
  • שליטה בניהול תקציבים מורכבים והכנת מודלים פיננסיים – חובה.
  • ניסיון מחברת אנרגיה/ נדל"ן/ פרויקטים/ תשתיות – יתרון
  • ניסיון בעבודה וניהול קשרים מול גופי מימון ומשקיעים – יתרון.
  • כישורים אנליטיים גבוהים, יכולת הסקת מסקנות וקבלת החלטות מהירה.
  • יחסי אנוש מצוינים, יכולת עבודה בצוות רב-תחומי.
  • יכולת הובלת תהליכים מורכבים משלב התכנון ועד הביצוע.
  • עצמאות גבוהה – יכולת ונכונות לצלול לפרטים ולהיות hands-on לצד חשיבה אסטרטגית.
  • יכולת ארגון וניהול משימות בסביבה דינמית ומשתנה.
