The Real Estate and Israel Diversified team is a group of analysts based across major European offices and Israel. We cover credits across diverse industries, including Project Finance and Infrastructure in Israel. We are looking for an analytically skilled, experienced, and organized professional to join our collaborative team.

What You Stand To Gain
This role provides exposure to industry leaders and as a credit expert, you'll gain a deep understanding of industry trends and key issues, positioning you to offer impactful insights and opinions. Through this client-facing role, you'll engage with diverse business models in project finance and infrastructure, honing your analytical expertise and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the analytical oversight for a portfolio of rated Project Finance and Infrastructure credits in Israel.
- Prepare and present in-depth credit analyses and recommendations to rating committees.
- Deliver timely, high-quality rating reports and research.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of rated projects and companies, analyze public filings and private data, and engage in client meetings.
- Contribute to local and global analytical initiatives and working groups.
- Clearly and logically articulate research and analysis in written and verbal formats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key market participants, including issuers, intermediaries, investors, and regulators.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in the project finance sector.
- An experienced analyst capable of delivering analysis with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical judgment, with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- A motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent S&P Global Ratings confidently in management and investors meetings.
- An advanced degree or CFA designation is advantageous.
- Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Senior Analyst position.
- All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
- We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
