Spacecom, a leading satellite communications company, is seeking a Business and Marketing Director to join our team and drive the company's global growth.
In this role, you will collaborate with customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams to formulate and lead Spacecom's marketing and business development strategy. Your mission will be to increase market share, strengthen the company's brand, and generate new growth opportunities both in Israel and abroad.

Spacecom is a boutique satellite operator offering its AMOS fleet to both B2B and B2G customers across EMEA and Asia.

What We Are Looking For
A Business Development and Marketing Director is responsible for combining two key areas—business development and marketing—to increase the company's market share and achieve financial growth.
Job Description
· Developing Marketing (leading company) Strategies – Creating and implementing marketing plans to increase brand awareness, launch new products, and boost sales.
· Lead the definition of solutions and the development of product and marketing strategies to support business growth and customer needs.
· Identifying Business Opportunities – Identifying new markets, potential clients, partnerships, and strategies for expansion.
· Managing Client Relationships – Working with existing clients and developing long-term relationships that increase customer retention and sales.
· Creating Partnerships – Developing relationships with potential partners, suppliers, large clients, etc., to expand the company's influence in the market.
· Managing Marketing Campaigns – Planning and executing advertising campaigns (digital, traditional media, events, exhibitions, etc.).
· Brand Management – Maintaining the company's brand and strengthening its market position.
· Market and Customer Insights – Analyzing the market, identifying trends, processing data, and conducting market research to develop targeted marketing actions.
REQUIREMENTS
· Proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on the telecommunications and African markets.
· Strong ability to analyze market trends, assess competitors, identify customer needs, and translate insights into creative solutions and new product opportunities.
· Strong Communication Skills – Persuasion, negotiation, relationship-building, and team management.
· Project Management – The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
· Creative Thinking – Coming up with new ideas and unconventional working methods.
· Proven track record in the African market
· Experience with digital B2B marketing
· Hands on experience with various marketing tools; , LinkedIn campaigns, remarketing, WordPress ETC
· Experience working with marketing automation platforms, preferably Hubspot
· Fluent English – writing and speaking
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and quick-to-change startup environment
· Manage marketing communication and PR
