One of our clients is a global industrial company

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance division of approximately 30 employees, covering electrical systems, mechanics, instrumentation & control, technical warehouse, utilities, and wastewater systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage team leaders and oversee all maintenance disciplines
  • Work closely with plant managers and external contractors
  • Lead technical projects and ongoing improvement processes
  • Report directly to the VP Operations

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree – an advantage
  • Mechanical Practical Engineer – required
  • 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Manager in an industrial plant – required
  • Strong command of Outlook and Excel
  • High-level Hebrew and English (spoken & written)
