What is the job:
As a Cloud Operation Engineer, you'll be a key member in managing our private cloud operation, mainly focusing the production cloud, platforms, monitoring, and automation. In this role, you will be a part of the CloudOps engineers, managing the development and progress of Radware's cloud, and ensuring the performance, reliability, and scalability moving forward while Radware's customer base are growing continently.

What will you do?

  • Identify and implement new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Monitor and optimize Radware Private Cloud.
  • Work closely with other departments such as R&D, Product and other operations teams to ensure smooth operation and integration of the cloud feature and services, also proactively communicate progress and blockers.
  • Create and maintain documentation for cloud Operation and processes.
  • Implement Operation automation using tools and scripting capabilities.

What you need:

  • An experience of 3+ years in Cloud Operation – Private Cloud – huge advantage.
  • Expert knowledge of application-level services, CDNs, WAF protection services, L7 understanding – experience with load balancers (Alteon/F5/A10) & reverse proxies such as Nginx and L7 protocols - mainly HTTP/s ,TLS, DNS - Must.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with WIRESHARK and packets Analysis.
  • Proven experience working in large scale cloud production, providing mission critical services to large enterprise customers
  • Experience with virtualization environment such as VMWARE, install, upgrade and maintain hosts and VMs
  • knowledge of scripting, automation methods and orchestration technologies.
  • Linux - 3+ years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge in - configure, troubleshooting and deployment. – Must
  • Networking – Knowledge and experience in network communications – Routing – BGP , TCP, packet analyzing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn new things.
  • Ability to work as on-call engineer (after work time including weekends).
