We are seeking a
Payroll Admin (Temporary Position)
to join our Payroll team - someone who is passionate about handling payroll and attendance tasks with a strong service-oriented approach. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about working with social security claims, managing educational funds and pension tasks, and more.

In this temporary role, you will utilize your expertise in Hilan, Hilanet, Excel, and SAP to onboard new hires into the payroll system, manage attendance updates, follow up on employees' educational funds, submit reports to HR, and uphold high-performance standards while delivering exceptional service to employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attendance/absence tracking and updating in attendance and payroll systems
  • General updates in payroll system (personal details, payments, charges, etc.)
  • Creating new employees in payroll and attendance systems
  • Managing work termination process in payroll and pension operator systems
  • Operating and managing educational and pension funds (including 161 forms)
  • Providing ongoing service to employees regarding payroll-related questions
  • Managing all aspects related to employees in military service

Qualifications

  • Payroll Accountant's certificate from the Ministry of Accountants - must
  • 1-2 years of experience in a payroll department
  • Excellent level of Excel
  • High English level, able to work in a computerized environment in English
  • Service-oriented, committed, and hardworking
