So, what's the role all about?
NICE is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, drive talent strategy, and attract top candidates.

In this role you will lead and own the recruitment process for some of the Israel based divisions. Partnering with the business leaders and HRBP, assessing candidates as well as providing a professional and positive candidate experience.

How will you make an impact?

  • Owning and Leading End to End recruiting process, leading NICE Talent Acquisition agenda and best practices
  • Maintaining relationship with candidates and be the face of the company, ensuring top notch candidate experience
  • Leading sourcing strategy. Proactively source talent and continuously enhance and diversify sourcing methods
  • Establish strong working relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, International HR and the recruiting team
  • Work on recruiting initiatives and help embed these into the business. For example, social media and network events; Internal mobility and Employee referral campaigns, interview techniques and candidate experience
