About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and act as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers. The HRBP will play a critical role in shaping organizational effectiveness, supporting leadership development, driving employee engagement, and enabling the business to achieve its goals through people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership - Partner with managers and leadership to align people strategy with business objectives. Consult and support managers in change management, workforce Planning, and organizational design.
  • Implement organizational development solutions – performance management, employee surveys,
  • Organizational Sensing & Change Leadership – Sense climate, surface insights, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Employee Connection & Support – Act as a trusted advisor and support channel for employees, providing guidance, coaching, and resources beyond their direct managers.
  • Data-Driven HR – Use people analytics to guide decision-making, identify workforce trends, and mitigate risks.
  • Leadership Development & Enablement – Support managers in strengthening leadership skills, decision-making, feedback culture, and change leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
  • Proven ability to build strong managerial partnerships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Experience in organizational design, change management, and leadership enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
