Tnuva is hiring an HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain Division

Tnuva, Israel's leading food company, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Supply Chain Division – one of the most central, complex, and influential divisions in the organization.
This is a senior role, involving membership in both the division's management team and the HR leadership team. The position includes broad responsibility for all HR domains within the division and combines strategic business partnership with hands-on engagement across all organizational levels.

The Supply Chain Division is the operational core of Tnuva, responsible for managing nationwide production sites, logistics centers, and distribution systems – ensuring that Tnuva's products reach every home in Israel, every single day. This is a dynamic, high-impact environment where managing people is key to business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic partnership with the division manager and leadership team, including participation in business discussions and decision-making
  • Leading the division's HR strategy and cross-organizational processes
  • Supporting managers at all levels – from logistics site managers to senior executives – across all HR domains
  • Managing and mentoring HR teams in the field, including HR managers at logistics centers
  • Leading labor relations, working closely with workers' committees, and managing negotiations and agreements
  • Driving employee development, recruitment, welfare, employee experience, organizational change, and culture
  • Analyzing HR data, generating insights, and translating them into actionable business initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree – mandatory; Master's degree – an advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management within a large organization – mandatory
  • Proven experience working with workers' committees – mandatory
  • Experience working with senior management and leading HR teams – mandatory
  • Background in a manufacturing or logistics organization – mandatory
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including minimum wage employees
  • Deep understanding of labor relations, collective agreements, and individual contracts
  • Ability to lead complex projects, with strategic thinking and business orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence in a multi-interface environment

Petah Tikva + travel to logistics centers across the country
