We're looking for a passionate and organized
HR Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting company operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage employee welfare programs
  • Support HR and recruitment processes
  • Plan and produce fun company events
  • Operate and coordinate employee training programs
  • Handle onboarding and ensure a smooth welcome for new hires
  • Prepare payroll-related documentation
  • Provide day-to-day support and service to employees
  • Oversee office operations and provide administrative support to company leadership

Reporting directly to the VP of HR

  • Relevant academic degree
  • Previous experience in a similar role – a strong advantage
  • High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-interface environment

The position is a maternity leave replacement with a relevant option for a permanent position.
