  • בנייה ותחזוקה של מאגר מועמדים איכותי ומעודכן
  • יצירת קשר ראשוני עם מועמדים והנעתם לתהליך הגיוס
  • שיתוף פעולה עם מנהלים מגייסים להבנת הצרכים והגדרות התפקיד
  • ניתוח נתוני שוק והצעת פתרונות גיוס יצירתיים
  • קידום מיתוג מעסיק והפצת משרות בערוצים דיגיטליים
  • סיוע למנהלת משאבי אנוש גם בתחום הרווחה

מה צריך להביא לתפקיד:

  • ניסיון מוכח בסורסינג או בגיוס – חובה
  • תואר ראשון רלוונטי – חובה
  • שליטה בפלטפורמות גיוס וברשתות חברתיות מקצועיות
  • יכולת תקשורת בינאישית גבוהה ויצירת חיבור מהיר ואמיתי
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית בסביבה דינמית ומשתנה
