  • ניהול מחלקת משאבי אנוש כולל ניהול ישיר של 2 מנהלות מש"א באתרי החברה.
  • שותפה פעילה בקבלת החלטות ובתהליכי החברה, תקציב, פיתוח והובלת תרבות ארגונית .
  • הובלת הרווחה, שימור עובדים ופיתוח ארגוני .
  • ייעוץ , ליווי ופיתוח מנהלים בכלל אתרי החברה.
  • ניהול תחום יחסי עבודה כולל טיפול בפרט, שכר, משמעת, שימועים וסיומי העסקה.

דרישות :

  • ניסיון בעולם המוקדים חובה.
  • ניסיון כמנהלת משאבי אנוש וניהול רכזות מש"א .
  • ניסיון בליווי מנהלים והובלת תהליכים.
  • אנגלית ברמה בסיסית.
