  • רכז.ת משאבי אנוש מהווה כתובת למנהלים ולעובדים בכל הקשור למעגל חיי העובד בארגון, החל מגיוס וקליטה ועד לסיום העסקה.

תחומי אחריות:

  • ניהול וביצוע תהליכי גיוס, קליטה וסיומי העסקה.
  • טיפול ומתן מענה בכל נושאי הפרט – הלוואות, שאלות שכר, נוכחות, דרגות, קביעות וכו'
  • מתן מענה לצורכי הפרט– פרטים אישיים, אישורים שונים, תנאי העסקה, הכנת כתבי העסקה, מעקב וקשר עם עובדים שנמצאים בהיעדרויות ארוכות וכו'
  • עדכון וניהול דוחות מעקב ובקרה וניהול תיק עובד במערכת אורקל (תקן מצבת, נוכחות, שעות נוספות וכו').
  • מענה שוטף למנהלים ומתן ליווי וייעוץ למנהלים בכלל תחומי משאבי אנוש.
  • הטמעה ויישום תהליכי משאבי אנוש חוצי יחידה

דרישות

  • B.A במשאבי אנוש / מדעי ההתנהגות - חובה
  • 3 שנות ניסיון כרכז.ת משאבי אנוש מארגון - עדיפות מתחום תעשייה / קמעונאות - חובה
  • ידע מעולה בדיני עבודה- חובה
  • ניסיון מוכח בעבודה עם מנהלים – ליווי וייעוץ
  • יכולת עבודת שטח ונכונות לנסיעות – תפקיד ברמה ארצית
  • שליטה בתוכנות האופיס – אקסל, PowerPoint ,Outlook

  • תפיסת שירות ויחסי אנוש מעולים
  • יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות ועבודה מול מגוון ממשקים
  • יכולות אבחון ברמה גבוהה
