We're looking for a talented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team

What will you do?

  • Review and screen incoming CVs based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Be a focal point for recruitment agencies, candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help ensure a positive candidate experience.

What should you have?

  • Up to 2 years
    of experience in a similar
    coordination or administrative role
    (preferably from a global tech company).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
    Hebrew and English
    – Must.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS – A plus.
  • BA in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Science, or equivalent.
