Responsibilities:

Sourcing, job posting, and candidate search across multiple platforms

Building partnerships with external employment agencies and driving referral programs

Screening CVs, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews, assessments, and providing hiring recommendations

Supporting candidates through the full cycle up to onboarding and contract signing

Tracking recruitment budgets and placement costs

Collaborating with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organization

Taking part in HR and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in recruitment –
mandatory

Previous experience in customer service/sales –
advantage

Academic degree –
mandatory

Location: Karmiel
