HR & Operations Coordinator
to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations across clients, roles, and candidates.
  • Keep our and Google Drive systems up to date and organized.
  • Prepare and send client contracts, track signatures, and handle invoices and payments.
  • Support recruitment processes — coordinate interviews, update candidate statuses, and maintain records.
  • Handle communication with clients, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Assist in company projects (website, marketing, system integrations, automations).
  • Post job openings and updates on LinkedIn and the company website.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards on company activity.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in operations, HR, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in recruitment or headhunting processes — a big advantage.
  • Strong digital skills (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, ).
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and reliable team player.
  • Positive energy, ownership, and a "get things done" mindset.
