We're currently seeking a passionate and motivated People & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to grow into the Head of People role as our company expands. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers significant exposure to strategic company operations and leadership decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers, including office supplies, equipment, and facility management
  • Organize company events, meetings, and activities
  • Lead employee welfare initiatives and create a positive, supportive work environment
  • Organize team-building activities, social events, and employee engagement programs
  • Support recruitment processes, from posting positions and screening to onboarding new team members

What We're Looking For

  • Highly motivated with a genuine passion for people and organizational development
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities – comfortable juggling multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong people skills and emotional intelligence
  • Organized and meticulous with excellent time management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • BA in business administration, human resources or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, operations, or administration
