About the Role
YouCC Technologies is seeking a highly organized, people-oriented
Senior Administrative & Customer Success Manager
to lead our projects and operations while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and retention.
This is a leadership role that combines operational excellence, team management, and direct engagement with key customers.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management (Internal Operations)
- Lead, mentor, and support an administrative team of ~20 people.
- Manage daily office and operational processes across the company.
- Optimize workflows, documentation, and internal communication between departments.
- Oversee procurement, vendor management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and Delivery to ensure smooth business operations.
- Build and implement scalable processes to support rapid growth.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance metrics.
- Support management in planning, reporting, and execution of operational projects.
Customer Success (External Engagement)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers.
- Lead customer onboarding, business reviews, and ongoing relationship management.
- Understand customer needs and ensure optimal value from YouCC's cloud & security services.
- Track customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and drive improvement initiatives.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities together with the sales and delivery teams.
- Create customer success playbooks, processes, and documentation.
- Manage escalations, risks, and service expectations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in administrative management and/or customer success.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ people — must.
- Strong familiarity with tech, cloud, or cybersecurity environments — advantage.
- High-level project management skills and experience with cross-functional work.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership skills, and service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).
