We're looking for an
Administrative & Operations Manager
to join sela's training center

In this role, you'll oversee the training Center's daily operations, logistics, and administration, while serving as the main contact for lecturers and students — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with lecturers and internal teams to maintain seamless operations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Support marketing efforts, including content for social media.
  • Handle inquiries and manage the course registration process.
  • Provide ongoing support to students — onboarding, service, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee class schedules, attendance, reports, billing, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain contact with graduates and support their transition to industry roles.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative management (advantage for experience in educational Institutions or similar environments).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems – an advantage.
  • Passion for education and technology.
