Job description

We're looking for a reliable and proactive Sales Assistant to support our team at a New York-based government contracting firm. This is a primarily remote position that would require in-person training and occasional meetings in Ra'anana.

The ideal candidate will work closely with a Senior Sales Representative, assisting with day-to-day tasks including client communications, proposal tracking, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Assistance to a senior sales representative in all daily tasks, including administrative organization and order tracking. sales status updates and maintenance.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales team members

Handle customer inquiries and issues

Qualifications

Customer-service oriented

Must have native level English- reading and writing capabilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel - an advantage
