We're looking for a
Marketing & Sales Operations Manager
who loves solving complex CRM puzzles, thrives in client-facing projects, and can bridge strategy with flawless execution.

Role Description

  • Act as the
    main point of contact
    for clients on HubSpot and Salesforce operations projects.
  • Lead onboarding, implementation, and optimization of
    HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
    .
  • Design and maintain
    automated workflows
    , lifecycle stages, and data governance processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify
    RevOps bottlenecks
    and implement scalable solutions.
  • Support integrations between
    HubSpot, Salesforce, and third-party tools
    (analytics, ads, enrichment, etc.).
  • Create
    dashboards and reports
    that provide actionable insights for marketing and sales teams.
  • Train client teams on CRM best practices and ensure smooth adoption.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years
    experience in marketing or sales operations, ideally in an agency or B2B tech environment.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise
    – strong command of workflows, properties, custom objects, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
    – syncing data, managing mappings, and understanding pipeline logic.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process, data, and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills — you can simplify complex CRM concepts for clients.
  • Experience with tools like Google Data Studio, n8n, or Zapier is a plus.
