We are looking for a motivated strategic assistant to the CEO, to join our team. In this pivotal full-time, on-site role, you will be at the heart of our product development, customer success, and operational strategy. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on product development and contribute to the company's business activities, leveraging data insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to deliver technical solutions and support for clients, using data analytics to enhance service quality.
  • Oversee account management with customers and suppliers, applying data-driven approaches to streamline processes.
  • Manage customer collections and ensure smooth financial operations, monitoring key metrics for proactive resolution.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering (or equivalent) – preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong self-learning ability and independent work ethic.
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, with an emphasis on data accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
  • High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Relevant experience in a similar role - a plus, especially in data-centric environments.
