With a proven track record and a growing global customer base—including large enterprises and government organizations—CalCom is now expanding its North American operations and looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts in this key market.
Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on
Sales Manager
based in Israel to manage and expand CalCom's presence across the
North American market
. The role involves close collaboration with the Israeli headquarters, frequent interaction with customers and partners in the U.S. and Canada, and occasional travel (approximately 4–5 times per year). The position requires flexibility to partially align working hours with U.S. time zones. This role is a full time job working Monday-Friday, reporting to the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for North America, targeting enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Identify and engage new prospects through outbound outreach, networking, and channel partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams in Israel to ensure alignment on messaging, solution delivery, and customer needs.
- Represent CalCom at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings in North America.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform product roadmap, sales strategy, and marketing activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of
B2B sales experience
in the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry. - Proven success selling to the U.S. market
, ideally to CISOs, IT decision-makers, and enterprise clients. - Strong understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security operations.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently, manage complex sales processes, and build a regional presence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (native or near-native level).
- Experience working with CRM and remote collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel to the U.S. several times per year (4–5 trips).
- Flexibility to work partly during U.S. business hours.
