We are rapidly growing sales of Sniper, and we are seeking a
hands-on Sales Manager
to drive direct customer acquisition and deal closing.

Role overview

As Sales Manager for Sniper, your primary mission is to
generate leads, build relationships, and close deals
with customers and system integrators.

This role is highly execution-focused: prospecting, pitching, and negotiating with decision makers to win new business and expand Sniper's market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new leads.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through cold outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
  • Present Sniper's three-module solution in demos, meetings, and onsite visits.
  • Prepare proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals with enterprise customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation campaigns.
  • Report regularly on pipeline, progress, and closed sales.

What we're looking for

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, building systems, security, or industrial technology.
  • Strong hunter profile — proven ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
  • Experience in managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication
  • Comfortable presenting both to executives and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and open to frequent travel.
