A leading retail company in Israel is looking for a Regional Manager, responsible for leading the branches in the area, meeting sales and operational performance goals while managing and motivating branch managers and teams of employees.

The role includes implementing organizational and marketing processes in accordance with company policy, constantly monitoring and improving work processes, along with full responsibility for the areas of service, sales, inventory, human resources and operations.

About the role:

Direct management of branch managers and leading them to meet goals.

Supervision and control of service, sales, inventory and operation processes.

Implementation of company policy in the areas of marketing, sales and service.

Building work plans and monthly/annual goals and ensuring their implementation.

Identifying failures in the field and providing quick and effective solutions.

Recruitment, absorption, training and motivation of employees.

Maintaining customer satisfaction and improving the shopping experience in branches.

Requirements

Previous experience as a regional manager

At least two years of experience managing a branch in a retail chain – required.

Proven management experience in managing employees and processes in the areas of service, sales and inventory – required.

A valid driver's license – required.

Fluent Hebrew - required.

Job scope: full-time, with a willingness to spend a lot of time in the field.
