The Opportunity
Join our founding leadership team and lead the global go-to-market strategy execution. As VP of Sales, you'll own the full sales lifecycle — from enterprise outreach to deal closure — while building strategic partnerships across cybersecurity, AI, and cloud ecosystems.

Your Mission
• Drive enterprise sales cycles from first contact to signed contract.
• Build a predictable pipeline of Fortune 1000 customers.
• Collaborate with product & marketing to refine messaging and pricing.
• Develop partnerships with CISOs, CTOs, and AI leads.
• Track key KPIs: ARR, conversion, deal velocity, and retention.

Your Background
• 7+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales.
• Proven track record closing complex $250K+ ACV deals.
• Experience selling to global regulated sectors (finance, healthcare, defense).
• Understanding of AI, cloud, or security ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to scale a new category.
• Motivated, "Hands-On" approach, ready to join a start up vibe, in a fast growth industry
KPIs & Impact
• $3M+ ARR target in 12 months.
• 25%+ close rate on qualified leads.
• 5+ new strategic accounts per quarter.
• Contribution to AIdome's Series-A growth and investor traction.
