About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Program Manager to lead our global initiative for renewing/replacing and upgrading systems within our installed base.

This role combines sales orientation, business acumen, and cross-functional execution — connecting marketing, service, finance, and operations to drive measurable growth from trade-ins and upgrades.

It's a fit for a sales-minded project driver: energetic, assertive, and comfortable influencing without authority in an international, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the upgrade and trade-in program — from installed-base analysis to closed-won opportunities.
  • Develop sales tools, ROI models, and commercial packages that highlight customer value and support the sales cycle.
  • Incorporate payment and financing options into offers to improve win rates and deal flexibility.
  • Partner with regional sales and service teams to identify and prioritize upgrade opportunities.
  • Leverage digital marketing and service channels to generate awareness and leads.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and logistics to streamline trade-in processes and delivery.
  • Monitor program performance, report key metrics, and maintain leadership focus on this strategic growth engine.

Profile / Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, product marketing, or business development within capital equipment or industrial technology.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communicator — able to craft clear value propositions and sales messaging.
  • Educational background in Engineering, Business, or Finance, with solid business and financial understanding.
  • Energetic, proactive, and assertive personality; a "pusher" who drives progress and challenges the status quo.
  • Proven team player, comfortable working across marketing, sales, service, operations, and finance.
  • Nice to have: Experience managing upsell, cross-sell, or trade-in programs with direct revenue impact.

Preferred

  • Background in global capital-equipment sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP/Salesforce systems and data-driven program management.
  • Printing & Packaging industry background is an advantage.
