A fast-growing solar energy company is seeking a
Sales & Operations Coordinator
to join our Sales Department. This is a dynamic and impactful role that combines end-to-end sales process management, operational coordination, and customer engagement – with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-sale calls with potential customers (qualified leads), providing professional information and guidance through the sales process.
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire sales cycle: customer needs assessment, professional consultation, creation of tailored proposals, and closing deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, manage pipeline data, and ensure accurate tracking of opportunities.
  • Generate performance reports and monitor departmental KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and service teams to streamline processes and continuously improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in telesales / sales coordination –

  • Previous experience in the solar energy industry –

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and pipeline management –

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
