About the Role:

We are seeking a
Back Office Employee
to plan and coordinate deliveries for strategic global customers, primarily in the US. This role involves working closely with Operations, Sales, and Project Managers to ensure efficient and customer-focused delivery planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate delivery schedules for strategic customers around the world, primarily in the US.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, and Project Managers, to align on customer requirements and sensitivities.
  • Utilize ERP systems (Priority preferred) and Excel to manage and track delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred) – an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
