to join our team as an Office, Finance & HR Administrator
.
This is a diverse role combining office management, financial administration, HR support, and executive assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and streamline daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage vendor and client invoices, from processing to accurate recordkeeping.
- Lead and monitor client collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Provide comprehensive back-office and executive support to the CEO.
- Assist with HR functions, including employee onboarding, recruitment processes, and contract administration.
Requirements
:
- Previous experience in office management or administration.
- Strong advantage for candidates with proven background in bookkeeping / accounting.
- Experience or exposure to HR management / recruitment a big plus.
- Strong mathematical or analytical skills – advantage.
