Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
  • Support company events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees
  • Coordinate with vendors and handle office maintenance issues
  • Manage office supplies and procurement
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience – required (startup experience is a strong advantage)
  • High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong command of MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
