Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Support company events, team activities, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with onboarding processes for new employees
- Coordinate with vendors and handle office maintenance issues
- Manage office supplies and procurement
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience – required (startup experience is a strong advantage)
- High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
- Strong command of MS Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
